"Radio Station"
Back in the early 90's during my skating days. I listen to alot of local indie bands back then. Recently i attended a local gig at substation. During the intervals, they aired short films produced by local students. One of them clip was about the local band scene. At the end of the ending credits played the The Padres "Radio Station". For those out there too young to remember, "Radio Station" was one of the hits from now defunct The Padres. I remember as a teenager I saw Joe Ng and band in a music video and they were playing "Radio Station". The song was easy to remember but what I'd love most about the song is the chorus. Shit! It dont make sense for a old man like me now. But i still love it anyways.....

One of the latest trends on the net is the “blog aggregator”. A hub site that collects and displays content from numerous sites and becomes a sort of one-stop shop for a particular niche. Alltop, Popurls, Hypem, Preik - there’s tons of them popping up. However I wasn’t aware of one for the street fashion scene, until today!

NIKE AF1 SILVER SERVICE FIXIE
As part of the AF1 Silver Service installation at Dover Street Market, the Wilson Brothers (Ben and Oscar) have created a traditionally lugged, steel–framed fixed wheel bicycle. This bespoke, hand-crafted piece draws inspiration from the track and captures the essence of what’s happening on the streets today. The bicycle has been added to the curation at Dover Street Market which celebrates 25 years of the iconic Air Force 1.
A short documentary covering the various stages of the bicycle’s creation will also be released. The documentary also features an exclusive track by Ben and Oscar’s brother, Utah Jazz. Also be on the look out for the newest Nike ad campaign to hit the streets of Japan. It seems no one is safe from the Fixie craze! Via Sneaker Freaker.
